Currently there is a 3-way tie for the 7th and 8th playoff spot in the Western division. The Dallas Mavericks, the Golden State Warriors, and the Denver Nuggets all have an impressive record of 45-28 and each have 9 remaining games. Every game from here on out will be crucial for each of these teams if they are serious about making the playoffs. I will be looking forward to watching the warriors take on both of these teams, especially with last years  historic upset of the Mavs when they lost to the 8th seeded Warriors.
